The playhouse arrives by truck disasembled in a large crate. Offloading of the crate is the responsibility of the customer, 2-3 people may be required to offload the product.

The playhouse can be placed on a level surface of concrete, tarmac, gravel or grass. If using grass, gravel or similar we recommend placing paving slabs under each leg.

The playhouses can be disassembled and moved across the yard/garden or across the country at any time. Some models can be moved in one piece with the appropriate equipment.

Yes, electricity can be added by a registered electrician.

The playhouses come as 10 to 20 pre-fabricated panels which fasten together, assembly instructions and all fixings are supplied. Panels are already painted, doors and windows are hung. Assembly takes 2-3 adults 4-8 hours. No carpentry experience is necessary. Customers can choose to assemble themselves or contract a local handyman.

All standard rectangular windows and arched windows open. Palladian windows do not open. Insect screens are provided with every operable window.
